In
conjunction with other departments at Syracuse University, the Office
of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs administers several opportunity
programs for undergraduate students, including the Higher Education
Opportunity Program (HEOP), the Student Support Services Program
(SSSP), Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), and Community and
Incentive based programs. The Office of Scholarship Programs acts
as a facilitator for these opportunity programs, working closely
with the authorizing academic and administrative divisions. Please
