To: listserv@listserv.syr.edu Subject: Then type the following message: sub scholar yourfirstname yourlastname For example: if your name is Jane Doe, you would type the following message in the e-mail: sub scholar Jane Doe Make sure your signature information is deleted and send the message. That's It! ! ! Please don’t make it harder than it is! You will receive confirmation from "L-Soft list server at Syracuse University" almost immediately. YOU MUST RESPOND within 48 hours. All you need to do is to reply to sender, and type ok Be sure to delete your signature before you send the message back. You will receive a lengthy message back from "L-Soft list server at Syracuse University" again almost immediately. PLEASE save this important information for future reference.
