In conjunction with other departments at Syracuse University, the Office of Scholarship Programs administers several opportunity programs for undergraduate students, including the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP), the Student Support Services Program (SSSP), Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), and Community and Incentive based programs.
