Syracuse University provides a $2,000 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to students transferring to the university. The student must be a member in good standing of this fraternity at their junior or community college. A minimum of 24 transfer credits are also required (part-time students and students with a previous Bachelor’s degree are not eligible and students must enroll immediately following the completion of his/her two year college program).

To be reviewed for the scholarship, the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Application must be completed by both the student and PTK college advisor and then mailed to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs. The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship will be renewed each year the student attends Syracuse University as a full-time undergraduate and maintains a 2.75 GPA or higher.
