SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT


TITLE:

Combined Jewish Philanthropies Scholarship Fund

   

ELIGIBILITY:

Undergraduate students with at least sophomore standing who are attending two or four-year accredited institutions are eligible to apply. Under certain circumstances, some one-year Israel programs are considered. Applicant's parent(s) must reside in the Greater Boston area. Primary consideration is given to Jewish students.

   

AMOUNT:

Between $1,000- $4,000

   

DEADLINE:

April 30

ADDITIONAL INFO: Independent students must have spent at least two full years as a resident of the area. International students qualify to apply if they have an I-55 1C, I-551 or I-94 status. (Student visas are not acceptable.) Individuals are considered on the basis of economic need and are expected to have exhausted all available resources.
