Applicant must have consistent active participation in public and/or community service activities, demonstrate financial need, and possess good writing skills. Applicants must have full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year university program during the period for which scholarships are requested. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. |

CHCI awards scholarship to Latino students, who have a history of performing public/community service activities in their communities and plan to continue contributing in the future.
