| ELIGIBILITY: |
Must be a New York resident who has completed the equivalent of one year of full-time study by July 1, 2006. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and be enrolled as at least a half-time matriculated student during the fall 2006 semester. Should demonstrate "unusual hardship" and have evidence of financial need including educational indebtedness and other evidence of self-help. |
