Meal hours are as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM \u2013 8:30AM and 3:00 PM \u2013 4:30PM<\/li>\n<li>Friday: 6:30 AM \u2013 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM \u2013 2:30 PM<\/li>\n<li>Saturday-Sunday: 1:00 PM \u2013 2:30 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>University United Methodist Church:\u00a0<\/strong>provides food resources for the Syracuse community at 1084 E. Genesse Street (at the entrance on University Avenue). Distribution times are as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>Friday: 10-12 PM\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-packed food boxes with bread and produce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sunday: 9-10 AM\n<ul>\n<li>Take our breakfast and coffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP):<\/strong>\u00a0provides nutrition benefits to supplement food budgets with healthy food. More information about the program and how to qualify can be food\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fns.usda.gov\/snap\/supplemental-nutrition-assistance-program\">here<\/a>. For assistance applying for SNAP, reach out to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/foodbankcny.org\/our-programs\/snap-outreach\/\">CNY Foodbank SNAP outreach team<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Utilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP):\u00a0<\/strong>helps eligible New Yorkers heat and cool their home. More information on the program and eligibility can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/otda.ny.gov\/programs\/heap\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP):\u00a0<\/strong>helps households pay the cost of water and sewer services. Can also assist household who have past due bills for water and\/or sewer service. More information on the program and eligibility can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/otda.ny.gov\/programs\/water-assistance\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lifeline:\u00a0<\/strong>is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service.
